How we work

We are not Solicitors, we work alongside Solicitors on our Panel who are regulated by the SRA to handle your injury claim. Our Panel partners are experts in helping individuals with compensation claims and will provide you with the assistance you require from start to finish.
All our panel solicitors work on a No Win No Fee basis, this means that only if you win, they will charge you a percentage of what they recover for you. Industry standard at present is 25%. This means they will only take a fee if they achieve a successful outcome for your claim and get you compensation. If you lose you pay nothing, therefore there is no financial risk to you to peruse an injury claim.
The only time you are charged is if you make a Fraudulent claim or fail to cooperate with your solicitor during the claims process.

How do we get paid?

We get paid a recommendation fee from the solicitors directly if you decide to instruct the firm and this has no bearing on the amount of compensation you receive or does not come out of your compensation at any point. Our involvement has no impact on you.

No Win No Fee

With the No Win No Fee concept, our partners only take a fee if they win compensation on your behalf. This ensures that you don’t have to take any financial risks when claiming for the compensation you deserve. Should your claim be unsuccessful, you will not have to pay for any of the services that have been provided to you.

How much is the fee if my claim is successful?

If your claim was successful, the party at fault will usually be required to pay your solicitors costs. However, you may have to pay what is known as a success fee. This fee is usually a small percentage of the compensation you won, and this will be agreed between you and the solicitor before signing the No Win No Fee agreement.

Is a No Win No Fee the same as a Conditional Fee Agreement?

Yes. A No Win No Fee Agreement is another term used for a Conditional Fee Agreement, which is also known as a CFA. It is a document signed by both you and your solicitor and contains the conditions of the No Win No Fee Agreement.

Step 3: Speak with one of our solicitors

If we think you have a claim, and you decide to go ahead, we can pass you onto one of our specialist solicitors for free. We can usually transfer you over to them on the same call.
Your solicitor will discuss your accident and how your injury has affected you so they can understand what you have been through and advise you on how they can help.
They will need to ask you some questions about your accident and who was to blame, as well as any losses or expenses you have had. If they then feel you could make a case, they will be able to talk you through the next steps.

Step 4: Your solicitor negotiates on your behalf

Your solicitor negotiates on your behalf throughout your claim. They will let you know of any offers made by the other party and can tell you whether they think they are fair. It is up to you whether you decide to accept an offer or not. Your solicitor will be on hand to help you with your decision, using their experience working with claims like yours. Thankfully, most claims are settled without you needing to appear in court. But, in the rare case your case does go to court, your solicitor will be there to guide and support you through the process.

Step 5: Your claim is settled

If your claim is successful, you will receive your compensation. From that, you will need to pay the fee you agreed with your solicitor for their services. You would have discussed and agreed this with them before you started your claim. Then, most of the other legal expenses are normally covered by the other party. Because of the No Win No Fee agreement you have with your solicitor, if your case isn’t successful then you won’t need to pay anything towards your claim. No Win No Fee takes the financial risk out of making a claim and gives you peace of mind that you won’t be left out of pocket.
