The claims process below gives you a rough idea of the claims process. Please note that the process can slightly change but is heavily dependant upon your contact with the solicitors and your cooperation. You must cooperate with your solicitor to avoid any unnecessary delays and attend your remote/face to face medical appointment that is booked for you
Once you post an enquiry with us. One of our Claims advisors will give you a callback and confirm basic details and then proceed to make a recommendation to you on a suitable firm. You will then need to contact the firm or we will connect your call to them quoting reference Claim line 365
Once you are connected to the solicitor, they will ask you all the accident related details and take down your personal details too. We apologise in advance but you will need to repeat yourself at this stage. Due to compliance reasons, we are not allowed to share any of your personal information with the solicitors this includes even passing basic details such as your name and contact number.
Once the solicitor accepts your claim, you will be sent the Conditional fee agreement which is also known as the No Win No Fee agreement . Upon signing the Conditional Fee Agreement you would have committed to the solicitor to process your claim and your claim will now start
The Solicitors will now write to the third party and get all initial letters sent out and in meantime arrange a medical if required . The medical can be done either face to face or remotely
The medical report is produced following either a remote or face to face appointment with a doctor. The report is required to evidence the injuries and is almost like a formal statement because even if you have recovered the report is normally required.
